It is speculated that this year will see another record breaking period for on-line shopping with the run up to Christmas, while High Street retail outlets fear a significant fall in respect of the current climate caused by sub prime mortgages. 2007-11-14 Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors reported that property values have dipped again in the United Kingdom for the third recorded month.
